Melissa Tsui is the founding principal lawyer of  Tsui Lawyers.

 

She has substantial experience in family law, conveyancing, wills and estate matters since 2012.

​

Melissa is currently the President of the Eastern Suburbs Law Society. 

​

The majority of Melissa’s experience is in family law including complex property settlements, parenting disputes and relocation cases, both in negotiated resolutions and court determined matters and in difficult appeal matters.

 

Melissa frequently appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Sydney Registry. 

​

In addition to family law, Melissa also works in conveyancing, and wills and estates including family provision claims.

​

Melissa believes in providing straight and direct advice that is both practical and commercially sound whilst achieving good results for her clients. Having extensive litigation experience, she is also sensitive to the nature of disputed matters which can cause stress on clients. 

​

Melissa completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics (Financial Economics) at the University of New South Wales in 2011. Melissa was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2013.
