You should consider changing or updating your Will when:
you are getting married or recently got married
you are going through or have been separated or divorced
you are expecting a child or had a child
there are significant changes to your personal or financial situation
you wish to make any changes in your appointed executors or beneficiaries.
Do not alter, mark, or amend the Will on your own without first seeking advice from a lawyer. If you do, you could cause issues for your executors and beneficiaries and it may invalidate your Will.
We recommend reviewing your Will every 2 to 3 years.
